Starobelsk faculty carries out training of highly skilled experts. The educational process is provided with the leading teachers of LSPU. There is a necessary material resources: the perfect educational cases, library, computer class, audience for self-preparation etc. Work of sports section, circles of art amateur performance, the system of student's self-management works.

In 2002 the faculty carries out training of pupils on the basis of 11 classes with obtaining of general user skills and educational-qualifying level " junior expert'' in specialties:
  - Business work ( worker-reviewer with computer);
  - Initial training and English ( German or French) languages;
  - Physical culture and techniques of fithess activities;
  - Social pedagogy.
           With assignment of an educational-qualifying level "bachelor" in specialties:

   - Social pedagogy and basiCs of law( full-time form and by correspondence);
  - Ukrainian language and literature; English ( German or French)Language and foreign literature
  - English language and foreign literature and basics of computer science;
  - Professional training ( automotive engineering and agricultural machines; basics of agrarian manufacture).
