· Institute of Continuing Education constantly admits students on privately financed base in the following specialties:

Students with higher education diploma are trained for two years, and students with college diploma are trained for three years. Having completed the course, students get the Specialist's Degree.
Aside from this, full-time students of higher educational establishments can get second higher education.
They study in during four years (2-5 year of full-time enrollment) and obtain the certificate of second higher education after graduation.

Forms of training:
training - full-time and part-time enrollment Part-time students are studying on Saturdays. According to curriculum they have two sessions a year. Other educational schedules are possible at students' convenience.

· For higher school and technical colleges teachers advanced training courses are provided in all specialties.
For workers of cultural sphere, teachers of musical and aesthetic orientation schools such specialties are offered:
1. Choreography;
2. Culture Studies;
3. Musical Art (piano, folk musical instruments, singing, conducting;)
4. Musical Pedagogy, Education and Culture;
5. Design (Graphical Design, Advertisement Design).
The advanced training can be carried out in two ways: individual training schedule (fee - 109 hrn.); the advanced training courses - 75 hrn. (if a group numbers 25 listeners). The term of studying - 1 month.
The above courses are held either at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko State Pedagogical University or at the local town/regional educational departments.

The Institute provides Master's degree in 21 specialties such as: Preschool Education, Elementary School Education, Crafts Education, Ukrainian Language and Literature, Russian Language and Literature, English Language and Literature, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, History, Sociology, Social Pedagogy, Social Work Psychology, Physical Education, Physical Rehabilitation, Musical Pedagogy, Higher School Pedagogy, Management of Educational Institutions.
Citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and individuals without citizenship may apply for the Master's degree program.
Training is carried out by leading University teachers and scientific research workers who have a Doctorate degree (20 people) and a Candidate's degree (110 people).
Terms of training - 1 year, full-time enrolment.

· There is a department of additional professions at the Institute (room 502) which offers its services to all the students of the LSPU, the students of other higher educational establishments, townspeople, schoolchildren and everyone willing to, irrespectively of their age and occupation. · There is also a Beauty and Image School at the department
(bases of Cosmetology, Make-up, Design of Hairdressing, Classical Dance, Plasticity of Movement, Sports and Pop Dancing, Etiquette, the History of Ukrainian Etiquette, the Characteristics of Visits, Fashion and Image, Comfort Creating).2-year term of studying from 14 years old.
Having completed the course, students obtain a government-type certificate.

The Center of Innovative Technologies of Luhansk Taras Shevchenko State Pedagogical University offers seminars on topical problems of schools transition to the 12-tears form of education and also on advanced technologies of organization of the educational process:
· Administrative aspects of the modern school reform;
· Topical problems of work of primary school on the 12-years form of studying;
· Changes in structure and contents of teaching school subjects according to the new educational standards; advanced technologies of organization of the educational process (interactive methods of civic, law, patriotic and national upbringing; technologies of the module- developing, adapting and projective education etc.);
· Actual problems of the technologies of teaching and raising of pupils belonging to different age-groups, work with unmanageable children , problems of Conflict Studies,, communication and interrelations (training and practical classes, seminars etc.).
The Center of Innovative Technologies provides services for the Luhansk dwellers as well as for out-of-town people in the following directions:
· Psychological (problems solving and conflicts loosening; communication problems solving, relaxation methods, methods of exerting psychological impact on people, personal interrelations etc.);
· Pedagogical (aspects of upbringing difficult teenagers, preschool family education, different angles of teaching children in mix-aged groups, testing pupils to estimate their actual knowledge etc.);
